Oxfordshire Youth Justice and Exploitation Service has an exciting opportunity for a full time Senior Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. Oxfordshire Youth Justice & Exploitation Service is a multi-agency partnership committed to preventing and reducing youth crime and exploitation in the County of Oxfordshire. We are passionate about improving outcomes for children, families and victims of crime and working according to the Child First principles. As a Senior Practitioner (Youth Justice), you will hold a case-load of young people with complex needs and circumstances, often assessed as being ‘high risk’. You will have the autonomy to take a lead role in developing key areas of practice across the service to ensure best outcomes. In Oxfordshire Senior Practitioners have a 70% case-load with 30% of their time dedicated to service projects, learning and development. This is an excellent opportunity for you to make a real difference to the lives of young people, families, and victims and join a dynamic and fast-paced service that is constantly striving to learn, improve and innovate.
