There is an amazing opportunity for a Practice Supervisor to join North East Lincolnshire Youth Justice Service, achieving success and positive outcomes for children and families. As a systems leader you will provide leadership and drive best practice in the development of a “child first” approach within youth justice and translate this into operational delivery of services to children and their families. You will shape practice initiatives, lead a team of multi-disciplinary staff, manage performance, and champion the implementation of North East Lincolnshire’s Youth Justice Plan in alignment with national standards.
