Biography

Chris has been the Service Manager at Kirklees Youth Justice Service since September 2020 and prior to that Youth Justice Manager at Kingston and Richmond (which resulted in being at the centre of 2 x HMIP YJS Inspections within the space of a year!)
Prior to Kingston and Richmond, he was a Team Manager at Bradford YJS, managing a community-based team and before that a Team Manager with Cheshire Youth Justice Service, holding a variety of responsibilities over the 7-years there, including as RJ Team Manager when Cheshire was awarded the RSQM in 2016. Prior to working in Youth Justice, Chris was a Team Manager for 7-years and before that a probation officer in North and West Yorkshire Probation Services since 1992.
