By completing and submitting this form I DECLARE that:-

• I am eligible to be a member according to the definition below.
• I subscribe to, and will uphold, the values in Article 3 of the Articles of Association; and,
• I will support and seek to further the objectives in Article 3; and,
• I will register with the AYM Secretary or Treasurer, voluntarily, any other personal interests, memberships, employments, or sponsorship having any direct bearing on my participation with and continued membership of the Association.

Annual rates of subscription:

Our current annual subscription rates are as follows;

£300 PA for unlimited number of members (per single YJ Service)

£90 PA for Associate members

Definition of Member:

Full Member – is limited to named Heads of Service/YJS Manager or a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Manager within a YJS or equivalent.

Associate Member – is open to all retired or former YJS Managers or heads of YJS and to other former 2nd and 3rd tier managers.

If you are applying for multiple memberships in a YJS, a form needs to be completed by each applicant.
