The AYM board meets quarterly and comprises elected Executive Board members, AYM staff and observers to the board (Deputy Regional Representatives and Observers). Members of the AYM board are also portfolio leads, responsible for communicating between the membership, the executive and external stakeholders on a thematic basis.
