ILM Level 7 Certificate Programme in Leadership and Management
Introduction
The Solace ILM Level 7 Certificate programme in Leadership and Management is designed to develop individuals who are, or aspire to, senior leadership within public sector organisations. It covers aspects of leadership and management within a strategic context. It is delivered through a combination of workshops, tutorials, personal coaching, individual learning and work-based learning projects.
Our approach
Each programme is tailored to the needs of individuals within the cohort. The course outcomes can be linked to the organisation’s strategic aims and strategies and the priorities of key political, organisational or community stakeholders, as well as to internal people and organisational development approaches.
Individuals or groups within the cohort work on one mandatory project for the certificate. Actual project titles can be tailored to local need. They will focus on key strategic aspects, such as the organisation, directorates or divisions within them or allied organisations.
